We have not measured walking times, so the table only repeats the directions each clinic gives. Century Square, Tampines 1 and the CPF Tampines Building all share Tampines Central addresses, so if you are comparing two or three clinics in one trip, these four are the easiest to combine. Bio Aesthetic notes that there is parking in its building, which may help if you are driving. Kai Medical Clinic’s address is in Tampines Street 32 rather than Tampines Central, so check the route before you set off.

When are the clinics open?

Dr Cindy’s Medical Aesthetics publishes its hours: Monday to Friday 11:30am to 9pm and Saturday 10am to 7pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays. We could not confirm hours for the other five clinics, so call or message them before you go.

Clinics inside malls do not always keep mall hours, and doctors at multi-branch groups may rotate between locations. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, ask which days your chosen doctor is at the Tampines branch, not just when the clinic is open. Also ask about public holiday opening, as this often differs from the usual weekly hours.

How much do aesthetic treatments cost at these clinics?

None of the six clinics published prices on the pages we checked on 10 Oct 2026, so each is listed as price on enquiry. Costs for aesthetic treatments generally depend on the procedure, the device or product used, the number of sessions and the doctor’s assessment.

When you ask for a price, request a written, itemised quote. Check whether it includes GST, whether the consultation is charged separately, and whether follow-up reviews are included. If a clinic offers a package of sessions, read the terms on refunds and expiry before paying. Check with the clinic and your insurer before assuming that any part of a treatment can be claimed through MediSave or insurance; we have not verified this for the clinics listed.

How do I choose an aesthetic clinic in Tampines?

Start with the basics: confirm the doctor’s registration, confirm the clinic’s licence, and ask who will perform your treatment. Then compare location, opening hours and how clearly the clinic explains costs, risks and aftercare at the consultation.

  • Doctor registration: search the doctor’s name on the Singapore Medical Council’s online register of doctors, and ask whether the doctor is accredited for the specific procedure you want.
  • Clinic licence: medical clinics in Singapore must be licensed by the Ministry of Health. Ask the clinic to confirm its licence for the Tampines address.
  • Who performs the procedure: Kai Medical Clinic states that all procedures are performed by the doctor. Ask the same question at any clinic you consider.
  • Devices and products: ask for the name of the machine, filler or injectable being used, and whether it is approved for use in Singapore.
  • The consultation: a good consultation covers risks, downtime, alternatives and how many sessions you may need, without pressure to book on the day.
  • Aftercare: ask who to contact if you have a concern after treatment, and whether review visits are included in the price.

How did we put this list together?

We included clinics whose own websites confirm a Tampines branch with a full address, checked on 10 Oct 2026. Clinics we found only on third-party directories, or whose unit number we could not confirm, were left out until we can verify them.

Every address, phone number, service and opening time on this page comes from the clinic’s own website. Where a clinic’s site gave conflicting details, we used the one stated most clearly or left the detail out. We have not yet checked each doctor against the Singapore Medical Council register or each clinic against the Ministry of Health’s records, so please do this yourself before booking. We do not publish ratings, reviews or rankings for medical clinics. If you run one of these clinics and a detail has changed, contact us and we will check and update it.
