Hawker centres in Bedok, ranked (2026)

Bedok has one of the densest clusters of NEA hawker centres in the east. Here are eight of them, with addresses, cooked food stall counts and what each is known for.

Bedok has at least nine hawker centres listed by the National Environment Agency (NEA). The largest by cooked food stalls are Blk 216 Bedok North Street 1 (82 stalls), 85 Fengshan (72) and Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre (70). Bedok Interchange is the easiest to reach, next to Bedok MRT, while 85 Fengshan is the town’s known supper spot.

Bedok is the second most populous planning area in Singapore, and several of its food centres date from 1978 and 1979. The town now has stations on three MRT lines: Bedok, Tanah Merah and Kembangan on the East-West Line, Kaki Bukit, Bedok North and Bedok Reservoir on the Downtown Line, and the newer Thomson-East Coast Line stations along the coast. Most hawker centres here combine a cooked food section with a wet market, which is why the mornings are busy with marketing crowds and the evenings with diners. The guide below uses NEA’s own records for addresses, stall counts and descriptions.

How we ranked these: by choice, using the number of cooked food stalls in NEA’s records. More stalls means more to choose from on one visit.
